Directions

TARTRATE SOILING: The amount of CirClean Phosphate Free required will depend on the level of soiling and the size of the tank. The thickness of the tartrate deposit can vary dependant on the age of the wine, type, how long it has been in the tank and process in use such as cold stabilisation. CirClean Phosphate Free is a cleaner not a sanitiser. If sanitising is required, sanitise tank using your preferred method.

TANK CLEANING: Use CirClean Phosphate Free at dilutions from 1L/100L (1% v/v) to 5L/100L (5% v/v) depending on the degree of soiling of cleaning fluid. Cleaning fluid is 1.5-2% of the tank size (eg. 10,000L tank will use 150-200L cleaning fluid). Circulate in CIP for 15-20 minutes then rinse with potable water.

RE-CIRCULATING SYSTEMS: Use CirClean Phosphate Free at dilutions from 2L/100L (2% v/v) to 4L/100L (4% v/v). For ongoing efficacy, ensure the pH of the circulating cleaning solution is greater than 10. Circulate in CIP for 15-20 minutes then rinse with potable water.
