Optisan

Optisan is a concentrated anti-microbial sanitiser, delivering broad spectrum activity.

For use across many applications and industries to sanitise pre-cleaned hard washable surfaces.

1. Thoroughly clean all visibly dirty surfaces with a suitable detergent solution, and rinse with potable water, prior to sanitising. Ensure all detergent residue has been wiped off the surface.

2. Optisan can be applied by trigger spray bottle, foaming applicator or any other means of applying to a surface.

3. If using a trigger spray, the solution must be replaced every 7 days. If using the reusable trigger spray bottle, it must be rinsed with potable water and allowed to dry before refilling with fresh Optisan.

4. Spray evenly over the surface and leave for at least 2 minutes before rinsing, or wiping over, to remove any residue.

5. Optisan can be used as a no-rinse sanitiser at a dilution of 9 mL/L (1:110). Use at recommended use level.

6. At 1:48 v/v dilution (500 ppm active QAC), product kills:

- E. coli
- Proteus vulgaris
- Pseudomonas aeruginosa
- Staphylococcus aureus

At this dilution, food contact surfaces must then be rinsed with potable water.

Do not spray over food. Surfaces must be adequately drained before processing operations resume.

Do not mix with any other soaps or detergents as deactivation may occur.
