Directions
Commercial Dishwashers: Dose at a rate of 2g/L
Add 60-120g to tank initially (120g for large tanks such as Hobart AM12 or AM100 with 60L capacity). Then add 8g per rack to maintain concentration.
Domestic Machines: Add 16-24g to the dispenser.
