For use in commercial Combi Ovens with a CIP fitted with an automatic cleaning feature.
Directions
Following the manufacturer’s instructions:
Medium Combi oven: Place 1- 3 tablets (depending on soiling level) in oven and run the cleaning cycle.
Large oven: Place up to 5 tablets (depending on soiling level) in oven and run the cleaning cycle.
