Update on Order Lead Times
At Dominant, we are continually focused on improving our processes to enhance convenience and service for our customers.
Given the breadth of our product range across multiple sizes and configurations, maintaining full availability of every item at all times can be challenging.
Rather than reducing our range, we are prioritising production to ensure our fast-moving products remain readily available, while continuing to support the full range over time.
Orders with all items in stock will continue to be processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Where certain items are temporarily unavailable, lead times may extend up to 3 weeks.
Additionally, some slower-moving products require longer production planning to ensure efficient and sustainable manufacturing, with lead times of up to 8 weeks from the order date.
